Below are links to pages where I've compiled a number of YouTube videos to help introduce the various new aspects of Office 2007. The short tutorials are no longer than a couple of minutes each, and focus on only one or two new features. The longer training videos offer more in-depth training on how to use many aspects of the programs in Office 2007.

Microsoft has numerous excellent, in-depth training tutorials on all apps in Office 2007, as well as other versions. Tutorials typically take 30-40 minutes, and guide you through an interactive step-by-step process.
Another great resource for video tutorials is http://www.techtutor.tv. Here you will find a plethora of videos for Office 2007 applications, as well as some others. Each video explains how to perform a specific action, like creating a text box in Word, or setting a default table style in Excel.
