Resource Calendars

Every Google Apps user has a Calendar, which by default is shared with all other users under the emhs.net Google Apps domain. Additionally, there are Resource Calendars for other scheduling needs, such as an EMS School Calendar, various Computer Labs, and Tests & Projects. These Resource Calendars are also available for anyone within our Google Apps domain to view. Certain accounts also have the ability to add to those calendars. The contents of these Resource Calendars will be "overlayed" onto your existing Google calendar, so multiple calendars can be viewed at once. Think of it as stacking transparent calendars on top of each other, rather than viewing separate calendars individually. You will have the ability to turn calendars on or off by clicking them in the list of available calendars on the left of your Google Calendar page.
