There are several types of redial available on your phone:
Last Number Redial: Your phone stores the last number you called. To redial that number, press Redial-*.
Save & Repeat: While still on a call, if you will want to dial the same number again, press Feature-9. This can be useful if you get someone's voicemail, and decide you'd rather call them back later. To place the call to that saved number, press Redial-#.
Store & Repeat: While on a call, if you want to temporarily store a phone number to call later, press the Feature key, then the 7 key, then dial the number to be stored, then press the Feature key again. This can be useful if while in a phone conversation the other party gives you a phone number that you'll want to call next. To place the call to that stored number, press Redial-#.
Automatic Redial: After calling a number that is busy or unanswered, hang up, then press Feature-Redial. The number will be repeatedly dialed until answered, canceled, or the maximum number of redial attempts is reached. Press Speaker to cancel Automatic Redial.
