Due to some JavaScript restrictions on Faculty1 (which apparently cannot be undone), some websites may not work properly when viewed in Internet Explorer. There are two options to work around this issue: use the Firefox web browser instead of IE, or add the troubling website to IE's Trusted Sites Zone. Using Firefox is the preferred work-around. However, some websites may require Internet Explorer to work properly, or some users may prefer Internet Explorer over Firefox. Below are the instructions to add a website to Internet Explorer's Trusted Sites Zone.
NOTE: Please only add websites that you are familiar with and are confident don't contain any malicious content. Once a website is added to the Trusted Sites Zone, many of Internet Explorer's built-in security features are bypassed. This should only be done if absolutely necessary.
Browse to the website to be added to Trusted Sites
Under the Tools menu, select Internet Options
Click the Security tab, then the green check labeled Trusted Sites
Click the Sites button
The website you're currently viewing should appear in the "Add this website to the zone:" field. Click the Add button, then Close then OK.
Once you've added the website, you may need to refresh the page before it starts working.
