Your phone can access two types of Speed Dial lists - System and Station. System Speed Dial numbers are common to all phones, while Station Speed Dial numbers are unique to individual phones. All speed dial numbers are "addressed" using two-digit numbers. Addresses 00-79 are reserved for System Speed Dial numbers, addresses 80-99 are used for the Station Speed Dial numbers. You can access System Speed Dial numbers using the SYS softkey, and the Station Speed Dial numbers with the STA softkey. Once you're in the Speed Dial list, use the UP and DOWN softkeys to scroll through the list.
To program your Station Speed Dial numbers:
With your phone hung up, press Feature then Redial
Enter the address (80-99)
Dial 9, then the number you want to save
Press Hold to enter the name to associate with this number
Use the number keys to enter the letters, pressing the same key multiple times to cycle through upper and lower case letters. Use the 1,*,0, and # keys for symbols. Use the Conf key to erase the last letter. Use the # key to advance one space, or to enter the same letter twice in a row.
When you're done entering the name, press the Feature key to save the entry.
If you'd like to request that a number be added to the System Speed Dial, email itadmin@easternmennoniteschool.org.
